About SynaptIQ Academy
SynaptIQ Academy exists because we believe education should be personal, ethical, and built for the future. We're based in Markham, Ontario with both a physical campus and online academy. Our team combines expertise in education, technology, and child development. We're not trying to replace teachers. We're trying to let them do what they're best at.
What We Believe
AI should amplify human connection, not replace it. We use technology to handle personalization at scale so mentors can focus on relationships.
Character matters as much as content. In a world where AI can generate answers, the ability to ask good questions, and act ethically on what you learn, is the real advantage.
Every child can thrive with the right support. Personalized learning isn't a luxury. It should be the baseline.
There should be no ceiling on learning. When a student is ready to advance, nothing should hold them back. Grade levels are administrative conveniences, not natural laws.
Presence is the new prestige. In an age of infinite content, the ability to be fully present, in conversation, collaboration, and community, is rare and valuable.
